Q: Does Hold Still collect any of my personal information?

A: No. Hold Still does not collect or store any personal data. Everything runs locally on your device.

Q: I bought the ad-free version, but I'm still seeing ads. What should I do?

A: First, make sure your purchase went through in your App Store account. If you're still seeing ads after a successful purchase, try restarting the app. If that doesn't work, contact us and we'll help. matt@lodomarketing.com

Q: My motion isn't being detected correctly. Any tips?

A: Try holding your phone flat in your palm, arm extended. Make sure no external cases or objects are interfering with the motion sensors. If the issue persists, try restarting your device.

Q: How do I remove ads?

A: On the main menu, tap "Go Ad-Free" to make a one-time in-app purchase and enjoy the game without interruptions.

Q: How are scores calculated?

A: Classic Mode tracks how much you move in 20 seconds. Endurance Mode tracks how long you can stay still before hitting the movement threshold. It's all based on your phone's built-in motion sensors.
